Congratulations on making progress towards your health! Now that your body is learning to adjust without excess trapped emotions, here are a few things to know regarding what to expect over the next few days.
Be aware that most people experience POSITIVE changes including things like:
• Better Sleep
• Feeling lighter and Freer
• Increased sensitivity to sights, smells, sounds, tastes, touch
• A feeling of calm and peace
• Relief from pain
Not everyone experiences processing symptoms but if you are a part of the 20% that do, some symptoms you may experience include:
• Headaches
• Exhaustion/Fatigue
• Vivid Dreams
• Emotional Ups/Downs
• Cold/Flu-like symptoms
• Dehydration
Things to do to prevent a healing crisis:
• Drink a LOT of water
• Epsom Salt Baths
• Surround yourself with loved ones who support you on your healing journey
• Stay away from large noisy crowds
• Stay out of large stores with fluorescent lighting
• Refrain from violent/gory/explicit media
• Eat lots of greens and protein
• Listen to soothing music
• Get a chiropractic adjustment
It’s natural to want to understand every emotion that comes up—but healing doesn’t always require deep analysis.
Sometimes, the need to “figure it all out” can slow the body’s natural release. Trust that your subconscious knows what it’s doing. Let the energy move, and allow space for peace to rise without needing to make perfect sense of it all.
